I have had Xbox live for a while but I haven’t used it for a long time so I thought I’d cancel my membership. I couldn’t find any settings in my billing on my Xbox so logically went to the Xbox website and logged into my account and had a look around there only to find I have to ring up Xbox support to cancel! Really, you’re freaking kidding me. You can do everything online but you can’t cancel.

You have to ring up Xbox support who have the obvious intention of trying to get you to not cancel your membership, and who are always seemingly “dealing with a high volume of calls” so leave me on hold for a while as well.
