Some things get you thinking and there’s some that just stump you but sit there in the back of your mind leading to that rather delayed eureka moment. When you jump up in bed at 4am shouting John Deacon, for instance, after that conversation about who the fourth member of Queen was (this is obviously hypothetical as no one would forget the line up of Queen). Or when you realise just after handing your pub quiz paper in that the bloke you recognised but couldn’t quite remember was Rob Lowe. Obviously better if it is still in context but I’m sure I’m not the first person to sit there days or weeks later and think smugly to myself as I finally recall something but with no one to pass on this newly remembered knowledge to.
