If you’re like me you’ve grown up with computer games and so as you get to older you still enjoy playing them and I really do, days were spent at uni playing Pro Evo. Everytime I go to play anything though recently, whether it be on an X-box or on via Steam I noticed there’s a clock. A little counter saying how much time you’ve spent so far playing the game. It always feels in a little way that this is saying look how much of your life you’ve wasted playing computer games, you could have learnt Russian by now, or have solved the middle east peace crisis. Instead you’re a little bit better than some 12 year olds on X-box live when playing Call of Duty.

I don’t mind if the counter’s there, just maybe not so obvious, hide it away so that I have to go looking for it, and don’t put it on my profile for everyone else to see.
